Oscar was the most mushiest guy I've known, Indeed he had lyrics. I knew him as back in 2012,  as the Jazz musician. He used to help out in the music department with my church occasions. He showed interest rather early but I didn't take him seriously...I always had a 'bad' perception of church musicians they always had a thing for any girl they worked with, so I friend zoned him. After awhile we lost contact until that one faithful day he was needed yet again, so I called him up. I knew there was an attraction afterall he was single, fine ,tall and smart with no drama. I confess I did a comparison with a few other potentials. After few months more of stalling I finally gave in. When the announcement came that I was no longer single no one believed me lool because I was very picky and yes I was single a long while.

To cut the chase in 2013 ,It was my 28th birthday on the 28th of December. It was indeed an exciting year for me as I knew this could only happen once. For people that knew me of course there had to be a motive for the big day so I put the celebration pressures on Oscar to make it a memorable one...little did I know what's coming. On that date, a group of us hung out we went dinner and to a bar hooked up specially for my bday. I remember that night Oscar telling me to open the dance floor and I saying it's too early and I won't. For some reason that upset him (the famous frown) but I thought whatever I'm certainly not going to allow him kill my joy! So I walked away after the disagreement and all I recall is Oscar grabbing me in the middle of the dance floor and I turned about to say a line or two and he was kneeling down. I froze as I couldn't comprehend what he was doing there before I knew it everyone was screaming which woke me up! Back to reality...it had to be a yes, A BIG yes! No going back Yes !
